J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 6 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez GAF (Paterson, NJ) en nov. 2014
Entretien
The process was very fast, and GAF was very good at communicating with me about scheduling and timing. I first conducted an in-person interview after my campus career fair, then had a follow-up phone interveiw. A few weeks later I was asked to come to the location for a final round interview where I met with some managers. I was given an offer which I later declined.

Interviewed for the quality engineering position, And I can say it was one of the most fun and enriching experiences I have had in my college experience. If you're considering quality, GAF is a great place to start, as they're willing to help you learn as long as you show interest in them and their work. Their interviewing process is more of a formality to get to know the students and see if any of the hiring managers make connections with them, so try to connect with the managers and be yourself!
