I had an online interview with GAIL on the 14th. The experience was quite technical, and I found the questions to be moderately difficult. The panel seemed focused on testing core subject knowledge and technical understanding. It wasn't an easy ride, and although I gave it my best shot, I didn’t receive an offer. Still, it was a good learning experience. I’d suggest future candidates revise technical fundamentals thoroughly and prepare for direct, subject-oriented questions. Don’t expect much HR or personality-based discussion—this was more about depth in technical concepts.
