Process was alright. Can do it at home. There were 5 questions, mostly tell me questions- none on the actual company itself. At the end there were two games I had to complete.

tell me about a time where you had to teach yourself something new?
The interview is pretty standard for a finance placement year, you are asked basic competency questions aswell as other skills and behaviour questions. Interviews are normally around an hour. I would say it is okay so long as you have prepared well.

Entretien
The whole process rolled out over a few weeks. The first stage was an online test which aims to ascertain how you would respond to different situations in the workplace. The telephone interview, which is the next stage is fairly straightforward. It took about 30 mins and the questions do need some preparation. The next and final stage if you are taken further is then the face to face interview. This was an hour long with behavioural questions asked. After this you then get the result of your interview.
