The interview process turned out to be quite straightforward and less daunting than I anticipated. It consisted of only two rounds, which I found to be a relief. Interestingly, it did not include a technical interview, which is quite uncommon for the industry, allowing the focus to be more on the interpersonal and situational aspects of the role.
