After posting resume on career builder, was contacted by recruiter next day and did a 15 minute phone interview right on the spot. Phone interview consisted mostly of explaining what was on my resume and on why I would a good fit for sales at Geico. Next day received call to schedule next interview with HR rep at Geico's Headquarters. Once there, impersonal and systematic, was put in room with 12 other candidates applying for positions, from there we performed IQ tests and 1:1interviews and after 4 hours, I performed a role play as a sales agent, next day received email of "no offer".
