Entretien
It was for a summer internship in Long Island, and the interview was conducted over a phone call of an average of 30-45 minutes. The person on the phone asked multiple questions regarding whether or not I knew what was entailed in this program, if I was okay with the location, and how I can benefit from the program and how the company can benefit from me.
Very tedious and took a long time. Some parts easier than others. The phone interview was the longest and most difficult. The in person interview was much easier and enjoyable.

Entretien
There are 3 interview. The first one is a phone interview, mostly standard interview questions. If you get the next round, you will have to complete 2 assessment and then you’ll get to proceed to the 2nd round. The 2nd round is mostly critical thinking and role playing.

The process was pretty good, I applied and within a week I had gotten a call for an interview. The interview was fairly well. I was asked why I wanted to take part in the program.
