There were many steps to the process in which I respect; Typing text, written test, interview by an HR person, followed by an interview by a Manager. There also was a part where you shadowed a current employee to see if the job fit's your career goals.

very long wait time, easy entry exam, 2 interviewers asked a bunch of questions after passing but made no efforts to assist in completing tasks - as if I was interviewing myself. Very confusing, no direction.

It was Very smooth, I applied, got an invitation to do the assessment, I got invited to a virtual interview and got hired on the spot. Loved how simple it was
