Met at a career fair at UGA, filled out the application online and did a phone interview about a week later. Interviewer was friendly and outgoing, moved onto an in-person interview in Macon. Did a task-based test and a leadership test before I could proceed to the interview in front of hiring managers. Did not have the aptitude they were looking for on the leadership test.

Can you tell me about a project where you worked on a team?
Everything was alright according to the predefined script sent to my email in advance. Also HR manager was cool about some of the misunderstandings I have made during the said interview. I rate it 10/10
It was a Quick phone screen with Human Resources. The representative Asked standard interview questions. Took me about 30 minutes. Received an email after with a decision after the interview.
Applied through handshake, phone interview about my interest, then I had a video interview with 4 members of management. Easy and quick process. All took about a week and a half. *If your applying for the internship make sure you tell them that you are interested in insurance even if your not and do your research on geico
