Prior to the "Role Play" portion of the interview the various online tests were fairly easy and straight forward. Everyone I spoke to was pleasant and accommodating and I appreciated the thoroughness of the different evaluations by the Company.
However...
The "Role Play" portion of this interview process completely alienates qualified candidates from moving forward and having successful Careers with Geico. I have both interviewed and trained associates in past jobs and have never seen such a stress inducing, aggressive approach to narrowing a field of applicants as this method does. I understand that they are looking for candidates who can think on their feet and retain information quickly, but the issue here is that many people (including myself) learn and excel more with repetition and adequate training over a realistic period of time. Because this is a "Trainee" position, I truly think the company is short changing themselves on hiring amazing people by judging the entire adequacy of one candidate on an hour and a half long simulation on a single day.
There also needs to be a higher level of respect given to candidates during this "Role Playing" process at headquarters. Herding people into 8 x 8 rooms without exchanging any pleasantries before hand really makes for a terrible experience and subsequent feeling afterwards. It makes you feel as if you are disposable and just another body in a chair for a large Corporation.
Regardless of whether you get an offer or not in the following days, there is no way you can leave that building on that day feeling respected.
Terrible experience.

Question 1
Routing multiple appointments by mileage from headquarters and distance between one another using a map in under 10 minutes while having to do various other tasks was unexpected.
Good experience with this company and interview process. They asked questions pertaining to past job experience and questions regarding the job itself. The recruiter was nice and friendly, as well.

applied and was asked to do a assessment which was pretty straightforward. Then did a 20 min zoon interview with a recruiter. They explained a little about the job, salary, training and that I would be invited for a 2nd interview with the leadership team. A little strange interview also, they didn't really ask any questions about myself, just asked how many times I've shown up late for work in my past job and why I had a gap in my employment. A few days later I got a automated email that the job had been filled already. Seems just because you are told you made it to the 2nd and final round doesn't mean you will. They seem to hire first come first serve.

I did a zoom interview, which wasn’t the issue. The issue was I felt like there were no questions asked linked directly to the job I was applying for. I’m use to more behavioral based questions and they asked a lot of random filler questions, had me guessing why are they even interviewing me??
