Entretien
Overall good experience. The HR people are very nice and helpful. The phone screening was fairly easy with basic questions about why GEICO and the project I worked on before. The onsite interview was with 5 people from the team.
Spoke with the recruiter, then did a take-home math and logic test. Then had a phone call with a member of the hiring team. At the end I was flown out to the office and met with several team members.
Technical assessment, 1on1, and final round is talking to 4 people(manager/lead level) in a row. The test was easy, they also asked about some modeling experience, be prepared that you might need answer very detailed questions.

The first step is to fill in some pre-screen questionnaire. After that, HR will send an online assessment from SHL. The following processes include phone interview (30minutes) and onsite(4 rounds with different hiring managers)
