Good experience with this company and interview process. They asked questions pertaining to past job experience and questions regarding the job itself. The recruiter was nice and friendly, as well.

Entretien
The first step is a phone interview. It is actually very lengthy. Mine was 2 hours long. The first part of the phone interview was about understanding the job and all of its requirements. The second part of the phone interview was asking about previous job experiences. I was asked about any job experience I had that would require me to be detail oriented, multitasking, and dealing with difficult customers. They also asked about my negotiating skills and experience. After the phone interview, you are invited for a follow up interview where you will complete a 2 part assessment testing reading comprehension and observation skills. It's not as important to finish the entire test in the time frame as it is to get as many right as possible. After the assessment you begin the role play scenario, which is the hardest. There's no real way to prepare for it. After that they will let you know whether or not you passed.

The most difficult is the role play scenario. It lasts about an hour and is set up as if you are actually on the job. The scenario tests how well you respond to several tasks to handle (paperwork) while customers are calling and people are walking in and out. It also tests how well you respond to upset customers and negotiating on prices with repair facilities.

Entretien
applied and was asked to do a assessment which was pretty straightforward. Then did a 20 min zoon interview with a recruiter. They explained a little about the job, salary, training and that I would be invited for a 2nd interview with the leadership team. A little strange interview also, they didn't really ask any questions about myself, just asked how many times I've shown up late for work in my past job and why I had a gap in my employment. A few days later I got a automated email that the job had been filled already. Seems just because you are told you made it to the 2nd and final round doesn't mean you will. They seem to hire first come first serve.

Entretien
I did a zoom interview, which wasn’t the issue. The issue was I felt like there were no questions asked linked directly to the job I was applying for. I’m use to more behavioral based questions and they asked a lot of random filler questions, had me guessing why are they even interviewing me??
