Interview started with the hiring manager. Then a panel video interview with two team members. The two team members came to the interview without preparing. One of them appeared to be catching up with sleep! They were unsure what and/or how to ask questions and from time to time became unprofessional. There seems a power play going among them. They appeared newbie to the field. I could not see that they were serious about hiring someone. There seems deep rooted issues within the team.
