Entretien
I had a very good first interview with GEICO, and then I had to take two tests. One was a personality test, and the other was an IT test. After I took them both I received an email that I had not taken the personality test, so I called the woman who interviewed me (after she told me to call if I had any questions), and I got no response. The next day I received an email that I was no longer being considered, which I thought was odd because the woman who interviewed me seemed very interested in my resume.

Entretien
After passing the initial phone interview and the administered test, they moved me directly into an interview with the director of the branch. The interview felt like they wanted to see my fit in the companies culture more than an actual interview.
