Very straightforward and to the point . I felt comfortable. Questions are pretty easy if you use your common sense. I asked lot of questions and was engaging. Be yourself.

The interview to get into csr is tough mainly because of the role play. Otherwise, it's pretty straight forward. They will tell you if you're hired on the spot. Good luck!
