Autres retours d’entretien d’embauche pour un poste comme Leadership Development Program (LDP) chez GEICO
Two unprofessional interviewers. They were constantly typing on laptops when it was obvious they were not typing my response. One had a heavily lipstick stained water thermos and was constantly guzzling which was not a polished look whatsoever. It was clear as soon as I entered the room they were not going to hire me despite me having VP level experience. That is their decision of course but hire polished leadership. Both interviewers were sloppy, disengaged, and disrespectful of their candidate's in-person time.

They were too busy seemingly working on something else on their laptops to ask anything pertinent. The lead LDP interviewer forgot what he was saying twice.

Entretien
It was long and it took mostly the whole day. There were about 3 parts. We also were allowed go shadow another supervisor. There was a roll play that you had to complete.
