Initial recruiter invited over email and short call. Involved a recorded video interview with about 10 questions recorded remotely, and then offer for on-site interview which is flying out to headquarters.

Seemed they didn’t want to hear what I said. No real interaction , it was like they were just going through the motions. I was rushed into the process, it seemed very unprofessional. No feedback on why I wasn’t hired. I definitely met the requirements
