5-6 interviews and a salary negotiation at the end. I had to get through a lot of people asking the same questions. It seems like they designed boxes to check but not care about. There is a lot of lying; take screenshots and write down what people say. It looks like they are shooting for an ideal world and transformation they cannot perform and don’t have the power to pursue. They’re clearly stressed by the recent layoffs but seem to have no intent or drive to protect or assure their new hires that the company knows what it’s doing. When I’m interviewing with you, it’s a two-way street. You have to make yourselves look like a good and appealing workplace. I didn’t sense any of that by the end.
