During my interview process at GEICO, I first had a phone screening where I was asked about my background and interest in the position. Next, I had a couple of interviews with hiring managers, where we discussed my experience and how it aligns with the role. There was also an assessment to test my skills relevant to the job. Overall, it was thorough and aimed at understanding both my professional capabilities and cultural fit.
There were three rounds after the recruiter screen: hiring manager, product manager peer, business stakeholder. It took two weeks to complete. The recruiter was efficient and prompt after each stage.
