      Offre acceptée
      Expérience positive

      Candidature

J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez GEICO (Poway, CA) en mai 2024

      Entretien

Interview was seamless and straightforward. They asked a series of scenarios and you answered them as if you were an employee. Hired me on the spot afterwards. Probably the easiest interview of my life.

J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez GEICO (Poway, CA) en déc. 2017

      Entretien

I filled out the online application and submitted my resume initially for the Claims position. A recruiter called and asked if I’d be interested in customer service instead because the claims position was filled. I agreed and we proceeded with a phone interview. After some basic questions she invited me to come in for a face to face interview. She encouraged me to come in as soon as possible because the class was starting January 15th and it sounded like she wanted to get me through the process... On the day of the face to face I was given a computer test-basic phone call scenarios and typing skills. I passed that portion and was called in to do an interview. After that I was asked to role play. I was given some information to read (6 pages) about a fake company and fake customers and told I’d have 20 minutes to prepare. After 20 mins the phone in the room rang and I was taken through different role play scenarios. From there, I moved on to listening to a current employee take live calls. The time spent doing that was excruciating, I think they forgot about me because the girl I was listening to had to clock out for her lunch- I sat there with her and her desk-mate while they at lunch....this is now HOUR FOUR of my “interview.” Finally a manager came to get me and I was interviewed AGAIN-pretty much the same questions as earlier in the day... I finally was “dismissed” and told that I would be hearing soon. This was after a total of 5 hours!!! The girls I sat with said that almost everyone gets hired if they make it as far as listening to live calls and I also know people who work there who have said the same AND I was actually HIRED in 2010 but had to turn it down due to personal reasons with family...so in conclusion- I wasn’t hired. Which leads me to believe that the last person who interviewed me didn’t like me for some reason because why would I have made it that far TWICE. It seems personal and very suspicious.
