Both interview and recruitment process
Interview questions relatively standard- not particularly difficult. Not many legal or technical questions. Some context- related but more heavy on the HR, management and soft skills rather than IHL/behaviour change or other organisational mission questions.
Core competency tested does seem to be general management capacities
