I second some of the other reviews: I went through several phone interviews with their leadership but also informed them that I was interviewing elsewhere. There was always a huge urgency: "can we have a call as soon as possible?". After the last interview I did not hear back from GEP at all, communication totally stopped. If this behavior reflects how GEP manages and treats their employees I should probably be glad they never called back...
