I did a phone pre-screen with a HR Recruiter who was nice. I did a one on one video interview with a manager who was great but later left after only a short period, then an interview with a director in person. It was a contract. The role was fairly easy. The culture wasn’t great given so many new team members and sense of people scrambling given lack of support. They never mentioned the fact that it was a new team. She wanted me to take my mask off but I wasn’t comfortable at the time given Covid.
