A headhunter called me and asked if I was interested, to which I said possibliy, next I got a call from HR from US and basically gave more info and set up an interview with two managers and then I got hired
Very straight forward. No silly questions. They gauge how well you can do the job - that's all that's important. I felt comfortable during the entire process and communication after the interview was quick.
