They took a online test initially which had basic questions on Javascript,MVC and SQL. Next they asked to write 2 programs on paper. (find duplicates in array and second highest number in array). This round was very weird because they had no time limit for this and also the questions were not framed properly. They asked to find second highest number program using 2 loops..i thought why do they need to force anyone on the number of loops to use. Anyway this problem can be done in 1 loop. Next there was a small discussion round on overall experience and some WCF service questions and also SQL questions. This went well. After this there was another round (25 minutes) taken by another person. This person was slightly snobbish. He asked questions on SQL and some general discussion.

I was through 4 rounds. One written, three technical. Written test questions were very difficult to answer. Basically on advanced concepts of WCF, Entity framework and ASP. Net. Second round was to check logical skills. Three problems were given for their solution. No time constraint. Third round was technical interview. Most of the basics of c#, sql, oops were asked. Fourth was something like HR with technical. I am not sure what they were looking for, but I did not do well here, apparently.
