Supposed to meet one department manager and one team lead, but only the team lead showed up. Mainly asked technical questions and previous experience from resume. The person is friendly and shared good information about the company and position.
Laid back second interview. More of a conversation. Spent a lot of time discussing some of the questions that I had regarding the job and company. Hiring manager was not the most responding

Received an offer below market value and simply asked how they got to that number, when they ghosted me for 2 weeks before calling back and asking why I haven’t accepted yet.
