It was done with three people in the room. They asked about technical skills and managerial skills. It started with questions and I had to give a presentation about my past experience.

Entretien
You arrive and then they offer you water and cafe. Then they start with the interview questions and finally a technical presentation about your past experience. I have been asked to come to a second interview where I got to see the operations. In the interview the questions were about your future plans and they give you more details about the company operations and business strategy. They also give you the chance to ask your questions.

Question 1
The questions are mostly focused on soft skills like how you deal with difficult situations, your trouble shooting skills by giving some examples. Not a lot of technical questions. Both interviewers are very professional and they don't push you too much in their questions. I drove to their facility from another city and to my surprise they paid me for my trip without me asking for it or providing a receipt.
In my second interview I got to see the laboratory. Very impressive infra structure with a lot of equipment. Some of the equipment I never saw in the past. The facility is equipped with huge fume hoods.

Entretien
You will be asked to come to two interviews. They start with behaviour questions and then about your work history. It very relaxed process. The interviewer were very professional and polite. The whole process took 90 minutes.

You have to be prepared to answer technical questions. However most the questions were about your skills and past work experience. Nothing unusual.
