applied online. Had a phone interview with the HR, and EIGHT ROUNDS OF ON-SITE interviews. You are right, Eight.
It seems like there is lack of communications between desks, and the hiring manager took forever to make a decision. The salary I asked for the WITHIN the market range, but he even asked me whats the lowest salary I could accept if I work in GLG (I came with consulting background). And the rest rounds of interviews was just him questions my intention and passion to join GLG.
Horrible experience, don't recommend this place to anyone. All of my friends had the same experience.
Very unprofessional company and team, I would personally never reapply or work with that company in capacity both as an applicant or client. I have nothing more to say regarding the experience.

I get the interview through agent.First they will give you a laptop write essay. Then interviewer will come to ask you question. Not very technical one , but need think carefully and answer.

They mostly asked questions about you and your educational background and why I had a gap year. They also asked me to tell them about what I knew about the company.
