look hard at your resume and want to know a lot more about what you have done. be really prepared to describe all of your experiences in detail and how they will help you with the job specifically. they seem sensitive about people not knowing what their company does

Lots of questions about the company specifically. REALLY know what it is they do and exactly what the position would be. a lot of questions about exactly how you would deal with clients in specific situations- how would you describe the company.
Phone call. Then a case study. Then an in-person round with 3 different people. They walk through a case study and discuss your background and motivation. After that, mostly personality and got questions to assess if you’d be a strong player on a team.

They wanted you to thoroughly go through your thought process in your case study. They want to see how you think and how you use your logic.
phone interview follwoed by in person interview in London. interviuwers changed until the day of. intevruiwer was hardball and did not accept a lot of the normal answers you would give.
