There were about three rounds of interviews. The first was very rudimentary. As the process unfolded, each interview got more and more personal. The people were nice and professional. At one point I was asked what a book was that I had been reading lately. There weren't any "gotcha" questions -- it was very buttoned up and focused on the work.

Very lengthy and at the start it was made very clear that this was a company to get you places but you were expected to live to work not work to live.
