I went through the whole process. It was well explained. You usually got an answer 2-3 days after the interview. People I met (recruiters and managers) were all nice and professional. A bit long (took one month) and time-consuming but interesting process.
At the end I did not get the job and only received a template email. I was fairly disappointed as I was told over and over about the importance on feedback culture within GLG.
My advice:
- be prepared to STAR interview, prepare a lot of examples that can apply for the job
- focus on GLG business model

HR screening, case studies with team lead, culture fit interview, then C-suite interview. People were nice case studies kinda threw me off but Expert Networking Companies are known for that. I could tell the workload would be insane. Respect for the employees.
4 step interview process along with case study and some technical tests. Huge emphasis on GLG knowledge. Fairly staight forward process. Quick as well. So all is good with the interview peocess
