They took 3 interviews. Each interview had 2 sessions. In the first interview, they took a written exam. And took selective candidates out of the exam. Then keep the selected candidate in a room. Then call each candidate one by one for taking face to face interview. In the interview board, there were 3 people. The first interview took in January 2023. The second interview was called in the last week of February 2023. In the second interview, the first gave 3 broad questions and asked us to prepare a presentation slide including the answers to the questions. Then keep us in another separate room and took presentations one by one. The after-presentation session is finished. They offer lunch. Lunch is good. Then they took another exam, which they called "group discussion." Here, they give everyone the same topic. And five 2 minutes to prepare. Then, 6 candidates had to discuss the current issue people are facing about chatGPT. The interview board had a total of 5/6 persons. Then they asked for 3rd interview in March in Zoom. In the last interview, there were total of 6 people, including very VIP people of the GPH Ispat. In the 3rd interview total of 3 people, they selected for 2 positions of the job. But it is a shame that they haven't convinced us to join. Their time management and process are very slow and not trustworthy. Because I had prepared for the exams for nearly 3 months. And invest my time to join in the interview. And I was the best candidate from the candidate list. But they haven't called me and none of the candidates. Most probably, they have deleted the post. But why!?? I don't know. That's why it is not trustworthy and reliable.

Introduce yourself. I did. But didn't mention my family life. They asked me about my family. They asked lots of questions. About everything- personal, education, family life, career life. How many people in my family, what are they doing, where do you live?
Congratulated to pass all the processes and become first in the interview test. Then they asked me about my Thesis paper-related questions in the final interview.
30 mins interview with 6/7 interview board members and senior members of GPH Ispat. But nothing was worth it, all wasted my money, time and effort. They didn't even call me. Felt insulted and humiliated.

Entretien
After CV checking processs, they call the candidates in their administrative building. The first phase was written exam. In written exam, mcq, general & analytical, mathmatical questions asked. In technical question part, all MCQ question was from "computer network" subject. 3 broad question are- a)SQL,NO-SQL example and pros, cons, b)for loop and do-while example c) why you will be suitable for this position. In the same day, they take the 2nd phase which is Interview session. The interview session was 20 mins long.
