Took 3 interviews to be told by a "surprise" interviewer on the 3rd interview, that I am in over my head for this position b/c i have 0 experience and do I even know the position i am applying for (staff accountant position). Even though, i told their internal recruitment that I have 5 years of experience and very little fiduciary experience. I mean what a waste of time and energy. These old timers think they are that much superior and are clearly out of touch with reality. Was I applying for a senior position? no. was i applying for a million dollar role as president of their company? no. Screw Grassi. Typical long islander behavior.
