Long application process, took mathematical, verbal and values test, all of which were straightforward. Thought video interview didn't go well but invited to assessment center. Process difficult but interviewers and recruitment staff very friendly. Drinks and snacks offered throughout and everything reimbursed. Time to get to know other candidates and settle in which made the process much easier. Felt like a team rather than competition.
