Initial 20 minute maths and logic test which tries to catch you out, basic but required pass to proceed. Then 1 1/4 hour interview adressing: -Technical understanding of instruments, assays and chemistry. -Knowledge of the company, its products and what occurs specifically at the site in question. -Situations that may occur in the role.
