L’entretien c’est bien passer sans aucun souci beaucoup d’avantage comme beaucoup d’inconvénients cela me va sans souci je pense que le travaille va être dure au début met avec le temps sa passera sans aucun souci j’attend une réponse favorable ou négative on verra par la suite
Straightforward, concise, and worthwhile to get to know the company and people I’d work with. Only had one interview with a quick follow up after. Process was 3 weeks from initial recruiter call to acceptance

.A very professional interview, I had 3 with different people, they look not just for a great technical fit with the team but also culturally and GSK values are very important to them. Very accommodating and relaxed, one of the best interview rounds I have enjoyed thoroughly
It was a very lengthy process. There were multiple interviews and the whole process took months to complete. The interviews are about an hour long, all STAR format questions. You don’t really have a chance to share what you bring to the role because you have to answer very oddly specific situational questions that (in my opinion) not related to the role.
