Entretien
The process began with a standard online application. I completed 4 online tests (this included verbal reasoning, company values fit, numerical reasoning and logical reasoning tests). I was then informed by email that I had passed the online tests. After a couple of days, I was then given a date for an Assessment Day. This included a group discussion, presentation, role play, compentency-based interview and another group discussion.

I applied for the Clinical programming & Data Sciences R&D Future Leaders Programme. The application process is split into 5 sections. 1) application form 2) world of GSK assessment, where they see your value 3) GSK life assessment, where you go through scenarios and respond with a mixture of interactive and video responses 4) Hackerrank, where they assess your technical skills 5) assessment centre
I had the online simulation, went through a few situation questions, some calculation, write a summary and then some standard consulting questions. they only give you a short time to record each video, so that could be quite stressful
