Entretien
The interview process was painful, with two rounds of interviews. After a few months, I had to stop the process because I found another job. I found a way of making the interviews productive because I proposed a new idea that became a manuscript a year later.

They asked about my skills and my knowledge of the therapeutic area.
Assessment test with different categories like problem solving, data interpretation and scenarios are given if the aptitude test is cleared then the next round will be an interview. The results of the assessment test is sent via mail so you can get a feedback on your performance. Also recommendations are given so there is room to improve.

Scenario based problem solving and numerical analysis
That was the first round telephone interview with someone who appeared to be the leader of the team. The call was from America and the interviewer was very nice. Signal wasn't very well and the talk cut out several times. The interview went about 50 minutes.
