Competency based interview based on GSK values. I was given time to answer and the opportunity to ask questions. I was asked to interview at very short notice which wasn't ideal.

Question 1
Describe a project that I had lead and the problems that I overcame.
Phone and initial manager interview. They highlighted that GSK prefers to hire internally so hard to enter into company. Don’t hire for many product managers.. not much turnover. Questions were general about personal experiences and a case scenario for how to handle a situation.

I colloqui con i manager sono molto tecnici. Quello con l'HR rientra nel classico processo di screening iniziale.
