At least two supervisors ask you a series of pre-planned questions. You are graded mainly on whether or not you answer all facets of multi faceted questions. They would ask you one question that would actually be say three or four questions nested in the full question. You are graded almost purely on answering all four parts of that question, not so much on the quality of the answer. Be sure to listen to the question carefully before answering.
