Two main parts of interview with couple of senior managers. Interesting questions and case studies. I've also shared my experience and various situations from the passed and how I approached them. Interview process described at the beginning. Overall good experience.

Stressful situations from the past within the team that I managed and how I resolved the problem
Submit CV and covering letter. Phone screening with recruiter then followed by Technical interview and high performance behaviours questions lasting about 2 hours. This interview was conducted online and there were a panel of 3 interviewers.
