Applied online. I had a Skype interview as was not living in the UK at the time and they were very accommodating. Interview lasted around 45 minutes and was a relatively relaxed interview. I got the job offer about 1-2 weeks after the interview so very quick turn around.

One introductory call, one video call with the senior marketing director, and one in-person interview with senior management; The initial call was to gain background information, and the remaining focused on applicable skills.
