Entretien
After you send in your headshot and resume, you are contacted by the talent coordinator. She does a phone interview then advises you to make a presentation video or invite you in to the office for a live audition with a client. The client audition varies based on each client. Sometimes they are sizing you up visually and sometimes they ask you relevant questions.

I found the interview process to be painless and my interviewers were kind and responded quickly. I was elated when I got a second interview and felt that I had a good understanding of the job I was applying for.
