I think more clarity on what the presentation is trying to test and achieve would be helpful, they were basically just throwing somewhat easy curveballs at you and making it a "nasty first call" with random characters. My advice would be to see how they're related/why these people are on the call, qualify it, and tell the story/approach Gainsight takes to help their goals/challenges, get them to the next step (apparently they switch the scenario each interview, so use your judgement to see what that may be).
