Applied online and received email few days later from a recruiter that I was moving to the "prescreening" process and would need to set up a Teams call. Day of call, recruiter showed up 15mn late to a 30mn interview and gave overall uncomfortable vibes (required camera on, took screenshot, and asked me to turn my face so he could get a better screenshot of what I look like). Have done multiple Teams interviews and never had one ask to take a screenshot of what I look like, especially early in the process. Interviewer was difficult to understand and seemed unengaged in the conversation, was clearly reading off a script of questions. After interview took time to think it over and withdrew application due to the uncomfortable nature of the process not feeling "right"

The job application portal was very user-unfriendly. Additional questions sounded condescending. After filling out the form, I got immediately rejected, which led me to believe the system had a glitch, because I didn't provide bad answers for knockout questions (e.g., no need for sponsorship).

MS Teams video call with camera on was required. Interviewer hurriedly fired off questions from a prepared list leaving little time to respond. Interview lasted no more than 20 minutes.
