Six rounds over the course of a couple of months of mostly experiential interviews meeting with directors from varying parts of the business. First five rounds were pleasant. Was one of the final two candidates to make it to the final round which was a presentation for a group of directors. And then was completely ghosted by the company after several weeks investment of time and preparation. Followed up several times and never received a response.

The process was thorough, straight-forward and communicative. It consisted of 5 interviews and a case study presentation. I really appreciated feeling that they genuinely wanted to ensure the right fit on both sides. It gives me confidence that they’re focused on finding the right matches which is beneficial for both the companies and the employees! I add that it is hard not because it felt that way, but because it is a more complete process vs. other experiences I have had previously with interviews that felt more like conversations!
