Pretty easy and straight to the point. They ask about teamwork efforts and what you list on your resume. They put a lot of time and money into their interns and you learn a lot about the business.

2 rounds. One phone call with younger producers, one with the presidents of each division in which you rotate between 2 rooms. Both were online (on Zoom or phone). Not really technical, more behavioral and character based.

It is a great way to get experience talking to many high-level people at a national company. The first screening process is easy enough, but the second round is with six other people. There are three rounds, and it is all behavoral.

There were 4 rounds- one phone call, 3 teams meetings. Everyone was extremely friendly and asked questions to get to know you better. There were no curveballs or tricky questions.
