I got a call first from the office to coordinate an interview time and discuss preliminary details. A few days after, I had a Zoom Interview with one of the partners. We talked about the firm and about current events.

The interview process was quite simple. The named partner, Noel Edlin, interviewed me. He was nice and very transparent about the working environment. The questions were the typical questions to understand your resume and why you are looking to make a change. Offer was made on the spot.
