Very unprofessional, interview held in a hotel, no waiting room for interviewees, nobody present to meet greet before interview, I was left waiting for 20 minutes in the lobby, and interview was interrupted twice by callers to the room. Interview was ok but I was left with the impression that the organization did not have a HR strategic vision. Surprised that the HR Manager Line manager, the CEO was not a member of the interview Board. Two females on the interview Board, the Head of Client Services and the Chairperson of the Board of Directors. Overall assessment an organization with significant culture issues.
