Very laid back interview with the Chief Engineer, he asked me some basic questions to get a feel for how I work with others and how I deal with problems, as well as probing my experience with CAD and building code research. It was only 3-4 questions and ample time for him to answer my questions.

Almost all offer weight is held in software competency tests. 3 rds, 1st with the director of engineering, 2nd the software competency test, 3rd 10min call with CEO. Overall a very straightforward process.
Couple of verbal interviews and some software assessment. First round of talk with the chief engineer, followed by assessment and paper work for processing with the human resources team. Pretty generic nothing specific.
