First there was a short interview over the phone, where you cover relevant skills, why you'd like the job and details of the job requirements in terms of hours and responsibilities, then a second interview in store which is fairly casual but still formal.

Genial todo normal varias entrevistas y preguntas habituales y explicacion de la empresa y el equipo y necesidades muy fluido y natural en la misma tienda etc recomendable si buscas yrabajo en tienda y la emprrsa esta expandiendo

Es gab Gespräche über Teams und das war meines Erachtens sehr angenehm und man hat direkt viel erfahren was auf ein zu kommt deshalb fand ich das Vorstellungsgespräch über Teams sehr cool
